Researched a bit, and got a AR Maglock Gen4 plus the Kingpin (also a Strike Industries bolt catch). It supposedly allows mag drop even with a malfunction. And it kind of does. I installed the Gen 4 ARMaglock without changing out the Juggernaut pin. For normal operation, it works flawlessly in that configuration.

I thought it was a good idea, but having never used a mag locked AR I’m not impressed… my AR with a JT kit while lacking a bolt lock back works better overall. As far as maglock gen4, lots of issues.
